Started and incorporated in 2021, Northern Kentucky Inclusive Students In Education (NISE) is a non-profit educational initiative specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for College and Career Readiness.

The goals for this program include the development of critical skills in thinking, reading, writing, speaking, and listening, and the ability to apply and utilize these skills in diverse academic and non-academic situations.

To engage and empower community members to become empathetic and critical thinkers who collaborate and lead with purpose in a global society.

We envision a world with authentic conversations, helping people build the skills to lead, collaborate, and make a difference. We are committed to action and not just awareness.
